Look up again

The big maples in the middle of the garden are now shimering bright. The colour this year is simply fabulous.

Reflection:
Psalm 24:9-10 (New International Version)
"Lift up your heads, O you gates;
lift them up, you ancient doors,
that the King of glory may come in.

Who is he, this King of glory?
The LORD Almighty—
he is the King of glory.
Selah"

  1. You have made an impact, you see. I actually noticed as I walked down my street that the Crype Myrtles are this brilliant flame colour, too.

  2. Wow, that is absolutely stunning! My crepe myrtles are still half green but the ones down the street are golden and shedding.
