The song goes on

So many of the leaves have dropped now but the song continues with new trees picking up the tune. The bare tree in the foreground is the weeping cherry that was looking so brilliantly yellow a week ago.

Reflection:
Psalm 40:3 (New International Version)
"He put a new song in my mouth,
a hymn of praise to our God.
Many will see and fear
and put their trust in the LORD."

  1. The regular downpours each day wont be helping at the moment either. According to the SMH this will be the case for this week and next week. Hope the catchment area is getting some too.

  2. A weeping cherry sounds exotic. We have a wild cherry, it's in the wrong spot but I can't bear to cut it down.
