More water

While I was at the south side of the house I photographed our latest garden accessory, another water tank snuggling under the verandah, connected just in time for the big rains a week or so ago.

John 4:14 (New International Version)
Jesus answered, "Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life."

  1. Speaking of those rains: I note that the Catchment is back over 60% this week.

So how full do you think this tank is already? I suppose that the other one you installed is running over?

Golly it is bleak down here today ...

  2. I am not sure how full this one is. The plastic tanks don't ring when knocked the same way a metal tanks.

The other one is definitely full up.

It was surprisingly mild here this morning 11C we headed out west for a drive in glorious sunshine but rain came over and the temp quickly plummeted to 5C at midday. Back home tonight it was 7C not bad at all for a winter night.

  3. Good lord ... bbrrrrrr ...

Yesterday was bleak and mizzly until about 3pm ... bit late by then!

  4. Also ... that brought back memories ... knuckle-knocking on each rung to see where the water line is ... then a mark with a stone ... hah!
