Eggs

After saying the melting hail looked like frogs eggs and remembering as children we called tapioca frogs eggs, I decided I really should investigate what real frogs eggs look like.

Frogs eggs - bubbles in viscous liquid
like boiling toffee just before it goes golden.

Reflection:
Luke 11:11-13 (New International Version)
"Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead?Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"

  1. Is this from said pond?

I used to raise tadpoles when I was young. There was always a race between the three of us to see whose taddies got legs first!!

    As for tapioca ... ugh!

  2. In the smaller pond around the other side of the house. Easier for me to get to with the camera.
