Perfect note

Methodically giving wisteria
a neat haircut ...
clip, clip, clip while
the shaved headed boys in
the garage band up the road
found their perfect note ...
thump, thump, thump.

Reflection:
Romans 12:2 (New International Version)
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

  1. that could be a tiny snake for all its
    slithering.

love the scent of wysteria, but it can
    tear up a house.

after having heard me exclaim his whole
young life about my love for wysteria,
my son found some climbing to the very
top of a 40 foot tree on our new property.

    oh happy day!

  2. Wysteria is pretty it reminds me of bunches of grapes. The shoot looks like it is growing before my eyes. Oh dear you don't have to put up with doof doof music do you?

Love the possibilities that the vine presents.

  4. Lea, yes that tiny slithery snake very quickly becomes a fast climbing tree snake.

Diane, ... yes but only on the weekend. doof doof, much better wording than thump thump.

Julie, you are so right re the shaven heads. I knew those words were wrong but couldn't figure out what was the right.

So now with the welcome help of my trusty readers I have a better visual connection with the snake image and better words ... might try reworking it some day.
