Cloud puff

A few weeks ago was Shove Tuesday, the beginning of Lent and the traditional day for eating pancakes. I didn't cook these on the actual day but later in the week. It was another Donna Hay recipe

Coconut milk batter
cloud light and
super tasty.

Reflection:
Ecclesiastes 11:4 (New International Version)
Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.

  1. oh yummo!
Can you come to my house and cook please?
    Did you grow those passionfruit?
I'm having a terrible time making mine make fruit.

  2. Letty, no we didn't grow the passionfruit or bananas.

Our neighbours had a vine on our shared fence. It grew wonderfully, had flowers, set fruit but they seemed to fall off (or get eaten by birds or something) because I don't think we harvested a single one. Then the vine just turned up its toes and died.

The neighbour on the other side is trying one now so maybe next year I'll have a different story to report.

  3. "whoever looks at the clouds, will
never reap..." ain't that the truth?

i could waste an entire day on
    a cloud.

hope you have a great week!

  4. Just been catching up with all your posts that I've missed due to work and visitors. All great shots and verses. I could eat this right now as we are going without deserts, trying to lose weight.
