Scars

Our birch trees are the first to loose their leaves and the last to get them back again ... they don't colour up ... they just seem to drop off. In the summer time I love to "shimmer" from their leaves. In the cooler weather it's the scarred bark that captures my attention.

I'm hoping to get back on track with the 5 senses on the weekend. I just need a little longer to regroup.

Reflection:
1 Peter 2:24 (New International Version)
He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.
