Enchantment

Each year I take a childish delight in imagining fairies visit my garden. With it being so dry throughout the Autumn I thought we were going to miss out but a few have popped up since the recent rain.

Reflection:
Psalm 149:4 (New International Version)
For the LORD takes delight in his people;
he crowns the humble with salvation.

  1. I like these each year too ... the one's in your garden, that is!

  2. So beautiful! Have you ever seen a fairy ring? They sometimes grow in circles and that is what we call them. Carla

  3. Mushrooms don't seem to grow in my garden no matter how wet it's been. Stunning shot by the way. I love the colour of the cap.

  4. Looks like every one is as enchanted as me with this one.

    Carla, no I have not seen them in a circle. We used to have heaps of them and I did not think to look for a circle then. Drought and garden renovations have had their toll so we only see odd ones pop up now and then.
