Acclimatised

Clumps of Winter Iris have been flowering around the garden for some months. After a lovely long weekend last weekend out in the central West where we had white frosts and crisp cold sunny days I am now acclimatised to winter.

I'm looking forward to finding some time to get out and photograph what's happening in the garden this weekend ... I've been very busy with work and the daylight is short at the moment.

Reflection:
Psalm 68:4-5 (New International Version)
Sing to God, sing praise to his name,
extol him who rides on the clouds—
his name is the LORD—
and rejoice before him.

  4. Such a beautiful flower ... not one we can grow up here unfortunately. Sounds like you're becoming a bit more comfortable about the cold.
