Blemished

Another of the camellias that are out now, a close crop because the petals were a bit scraggy. I love the deep red colour.

Reflection:
Peter 1:18-19 (New International Version)
For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.

  1. I have never mastered the art of the macro. They always come out blurred ... or not macro enough.

  2. Nicly cropped too. My camelias are a riot at the moment too.

  3. Julie, I have a macro lens .. that helps.

Diane, mine aren't a riot, more like a little spot of light here and there in the garden.
