New Year

We've just had the old worn floorboards of our verandah replaced, a perfect place to contemplate the close of the old year and what we might do in the new one.

Reflection:
Psalm 134 New International Version (NIV)
"Praise the Lord, all you servants of the Lord
who minister by night in the house of the Lord.
Lift up your hands in the sanctuary
and praise the Lord.
May the Lord bless you from Zion,
he who is the Maker of heaven and earth."

  1. oooo - I haven't done any reflecting yet!
    I'm all in a dither.
So what adventures does 2014 hold for you?

    1. I am so busy have not had much time to reflect either. Still trying to decide what I will do with my blogs. We are certainly planning a winter trip in 2014. Other than doing my day job I have no particular plans yet.

  2. I think Psalm 134 is a perfect place to reflect.
As is your precious blog, for which I am so
    grateful.

    1. Lea. I absolutely love your blog. I will certainly be continuing my weekly Psalm posts in 2014 but might even post a little more often in this blog. I am having a massive garden tidy up at the moment so need to show it off.
