Walking in the rain

It's been raining again but still fairly warm so I enjoyed a walk like I used to do when I was a kid in Queensland but I didn't paddle in the gutters.

Reflection:
Deuteronomy 32:2 New International Version (NIV)
"Let my teaching fall like rain
and my words descend like dew,
like showers on new grass,
like abundant rain on tender plants."

  1. Ha! Fancy that! I've just come back from my morning walk and guess what I did! Paddled in the gutters!
    Not rain.
But puddles from the sprinklers in the botanical gardens.
Gypsy and I deliberately sloshed through them - it was great.

    1. The rain is Qld is both warmer and harder so there is usually a lot of water to slosh about in after a downpour. I can just see you guys having fun.
