View from bay window, west facing window.

The front fence is deliberately low so we can share our garden with passers by. There are daisies growing along the fence a little further up.

1 Thessalonians 2:8 (New International Version)
We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well, because you had become so dear to us.

  1. I like to look at other people's gardens: not share in the literal sense though!

I have little ramblers that tumble over rocks onto the footpath that sound similar to your daisies.

I am looking for another place to live at the moment and may have found one last night I think. Shall try to view it today, although RE agents are not cooperative or even nice at the moment because they dont need to be.

  2. Yeh you're right this is sharing in the sense of looking ... other than for the neighbours down the back who we allow to use our yard as a shortcut to the shops.

I was wondering how the house hunt was going especially as you said you were planning to go to Tassie in September when you said the move was on if you were going to move.

  3. My current rent rises on September 25 and I fly out to Tassie the next morning. The hassle is that I live next door to the owner and I would have to be the best tennant ever: I shared in the cost of painting; I relaid the pavers in the front and back courtyards; I carried in soil and manure to mae a garden possible sifting out the pie packets and rubble. But when the agent suggested that the rent go up by 18% the owner did not even come and talk to me about it.

If I have to pay more then I want to pay more again and actually get something for the extra. I have found a 2 bdr town house in Glebe. Just have to view it to confirm and then secure the lease! Not easy ... dont think that RE agents are trustworthy. Anyway this place is not available until 17 Aug which would suit me to a T.
